The Culprit and The Cure

What you get: The most amazing book ever written on the importance of healthy living.  It is based on the best available science and is very easy to read. 

What you do: It’s pretty simple. You read two short chapters in The Culprit and The Cure each week for the first seven weeks.  After reading each short chapter, you will answer a few questions.  If you don’t know the answer, we help you find it.  During week eight, there is a surprise activity that will make you feel really great.  Our goal is to make sure you understand the information.  We want to help you succeed.
