How This Works

WellSteps is committed to helping everyone--English or Spanish speakers with or without access to the web. First, we invite you complete our free Personal Health Assessment. You will get feedback by mail or in a personal online dashboard. Then, we invite you to participate in six programs per year. These programs are designed to help you change behaviors in a simple, fun way. When you complete a program, you qualify to win a reward.
