TV Timeout

What you get: You receive regular educational and motivational messages during the program as you participate in the new productive behavior chosen by your family.  

What you do: There are four simple steps that you complete with your family. First, you choose your desired vacation destination. Second, you inventory your use of time in the evening and identify an activity that is the least important to you.  Third, you select one of several simple behaviors, such as walking together or reading, that you can do instead.  Fourth, you perform and track your new behavior for three weeks!  We will be right there with you as you succeed.

How long does this campaign last?: TV Timeout lasts 4 weeks.
