What you do: It’s pretty simple. You read two short chapters in The Culprit and The Cure each week for the first seven weeks. You also apply simple lifestyle principles. After reading each short chapter, you will answer a few questions. If you don’t know the answer, we help you. During week eight, there is a surprise activity that will make you feel really great. Our goal is to make sure you understand the information. We want to help you succeed.
