We encourage all of our employees to enjoy a healthy lifestyle as part of a company that promotes health.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Internship_Summary\"><\/span>Internship Summary:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As a WellSteps intern you will be part of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellsteps.com\/explore\/contact-us\/\">our team-based approach<\/a> to problem solving, project management, wellness program design, outcomes reporting, health coaching, web design, marketing and communications, and program planning.<\/p>\n<p>In general, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First, trainers will teach you how to plan and administer the various WellSteps wellness solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Second, learn and understand the WellSteps philosophy and approach to wellness.<\/li>\n<li>Thirdly, gain experience working with actual employer clients.<\/li>\n<li>Finally, you will complete a special project for your WellSteps internship.
