The reward has to be redeemed through Tremendous within 1 YEAR, but once a recipient redeems (selects) the reward, it is subject to the expiration date of the retailer they choose. In general, branded gift cards don’t expire (e.g. Amazon) but Visa prepaid cards expire 6 months out (the expiration date is listed on the card).<\/b><\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”If a recipient accidentally clicks on or selects a gift card they did not intend to, can anything be done?” _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, no.\u00a0 Tremendous is unable to cancel or exchange merchant gift cards once redeemed, as the funds are transferred directly to the gift card itself.<\/b><\/p>\n

WellSteps cannot complete this step once the order was placed however, Tremendous can if provided the with the information. This takes a few business days.<\/strong><\/p>\n
