<\/strong>WellSteps collects biometric information solely to administer and support wellness programs requested by Program Sponsors and authorized by participating individuals.<\/p>\n
Where required by law, biometric information is collected only after you have provided informed, written consent. Participation in biometric screenings is voluntary.<\/p>\n
Biometric information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law or contract. Biometric data is permanently destroyed when no longer needed using secure and industry-standard destruction methods.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>WellSteps does not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric information. Biometric data is disclosed only to authorized service providers or screening vendors as necessary to deliver wellness services and as permitted by law.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>You may request access to or deletion of your biometric information by contacting info@wellsteps.com, subject to legal and contractual limitations.<\/p>\n
