What you get: This campaign will give you the tools to help you increase your exercise by very small amounts. Whether you currently exercise or not, this campaign will help you feel better! What you do: The Feel Fitness campaign will help you feel the benefits of physical activity. You will start by watching a brief video that reveals the benefits of exercise. You will then choose a physical activity for the first week. You will be encouraged to increase your daily physical activity by a small amount each week. We will send you tips on new types of exercise you can try. This campaign will help feel the benefits of fitness whether you already exercise or not. What campaign participants are saying: “I like the reinforcement and accountability this kind of thing offers. Even though I answered no to some of the questions, it doesn't mean this wasn't useful!
