Participants get: Regular educational and motivational messages during the program as they participate in their favorite forms of movement. Movement will only be captured from synced devices for this campaign. The campaign unit can be set as either steps or minutes.

Participants will: Inspire peer support by creating friendly competition to encourage physical activity. Groups within a company can compete against each other using wearable devices. There are four simple steps. 1. Choose a few forms of physical activity that they like 2. Choose one or more people to be part of their team. Their team members can be physically active with them, but group activity is not required. 3. Plan one or more blocks of time for physical activity into their weekly schedule. 4. Move as much as possible each week. Once a week, they will log their time spent in physical activity.

Participants get: Help to gradually increase the time they spend exercising by increments of 15 minutes a week. This campaign can be done as individuals or in teams.

Participants will: Feel the physical and emotional benefits of physical activity as they increase their exercise minutes each week. All added activity minutes will help raise money for a charity selected by your company. In addition to the WellSteps provided incentive budget for this campaign, your company may choose to add additional funds in order to maximize the donation amount.

Participants will: Log their time spent in physical activity, which will translate to miles traveled by their team. They add more miles to their total for vigorous versus moderate activity. In addition, participants can see how their team is doing, how far they have to go to their next landmark, and how close they are to the finish line! The unit for this campaign can be set to steps or minutes. Some of the weekly tasks include eating at a restaurant with vegetable-heavy dishes, locating a nearby Farmer’s Market, and adding more vegetables into their lives!
