Good Night

What you get: Weekly tasks and reminders to help you experience a more restful sleep.

What you do: During the Good Night campaign, you will watch short videos on strategies to improve your sleep. You will complete a simple checklist and receive a simple task each week that will help you get better sleep. For example, you will learn to how to change your sleep environment, to use a journaling technique and to create a sleep schedule to improve your sleep. The tasks are easy, but can make a huge difference in how you feel.
