What you get: You will get simple strategies that you can apply right away to help move you towards a more “Stress free” life. 

What you do: This campaign is designed to help you reduce your stress. Each week, you will receive tips and strategies on how to lower your stress. These strategies include kind acts of service, laughter, time management and others. The tasks are simple, but can really help to reduce the stressors in your life.
