I have enjoyed being able to help others on their wellness journey since I began attending BYU and studied exercise and wellness. Exercise and wellness have always played a big role in my life and was something my family could bond over and do together. Because of these things, I wanted to take what I have learned my whole life and help others reach their goals.

When the program is achievable, and the outcomes are in line with the desires and goals of the company’s employees.

I love being able to work closely with clients and coordinators to help build an amazing program that fits the needs of their workforce. I also love the flexibility of having time to work on creative projects!
