I love nutrition and exercise and it is a big part of my life. Helping others to realize that it can be simple and attainable is a passion of mine. I love being able to do that in the worksite space!

I have my Exercise and Wellness BS and find it rewarding to hear first hand the big impact small changes make in a person’s life! It is something I have experienced for myself, so helping others to experience it as well is so rewarding.
