What do you believe is the most important aspect of a successful wellness program for clients?
Leadership support and example.
What is your favorite WellSteps tool and why?
Rewards because of the variability and customization the tool offers.
What inspired you to work in the worksite wellness industry?
I have a vision of myself and others thriving at their highest capacity in life.
What’s your favorite workout, healthy recipe, or go-to meal?
My favorite work out is almost anything outdoors: cycling, running, hiking, kayaking, alpine skiing, walking, rollerblading, swimming….
What would your wellness superlative be?
The French word: Vivante meaning ALIVE

Start your day off by directing your mind and heart, and remember every thought you have is not a fact.
What are some activities you enjoy outside of work?
Cooking, gardening, yoga, pilates, ballet, all outdoor activities, and being with family!
What would your favorite animal?
My favorite bird is the hummingbird.
