Happiness Matters

Participants get: Weekly tips and new skills to help them boost their emotional wellness.

Participants will: Watch a short intro video about emotional wellness then review their current emotional health status. They will then learn about triggers and how to counter them, how to grow self-esteem and how to schedule time for themselves!
