Moreover, I take pride in being NASM certified, and I bring experience in personal training and teaching group fitness to the table. Firstly, all forms of exercise excite me! My go-to’s are HIGH fitness, yoga, weight lifting, hiking and skiing.
My favorite vacation is whatever vacation is next!
