I love all things health and wellness. I have my Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Wellness from BYU. I am NASM certified, have done personal training, teach group fitness. I’m also yoga certified and have done several continuing education courses.

I love all forms of exercise! My go to’s are HIGH fitness, yoga, weight lifting, hiking and skiing.
My favorite vacation is whatever vacation is next!
Consistency is key! Pick a few small things to start with, and do them regularly.
