Megan WellSteps guide

Megan Ritchie

I want to be a part of changing the status quo for health and wellness and show people that health and wellness is within reach for everyone and anyone. Everyone deserves to feel good mentally and physically and I want to give resources and help to those who want to improve their health and wellness.

I love that WellSteps has evidence based programs to increase population health aimed at the workplace. We spend so much of our day at work so I think it is SO important to take a fraction of that time to consider what you want to do differently for your health. Being a WellSteps Guide allows me to have a hand in guiding people towards making small and sustainable changes that will add up to an increase in physical or mental health over time. I’m thrilled to work with a company that understands that and wants to advance health and wellness for everyone and anyone who tries our programs.
