Good Fat, Bad Fat

Participants get: A “Good Fat, Bad Fat” fridge magnet to remind them to choose healthier forms of fat.

Participants will: Get rid of the fats in their home that aren't healthy by learning about a different aspect of fats in food. Participants will be given healthy recipes to make meals and desserts using healthy fat substitutions. They will be challenged to make a few simple changes in their eating habits.
