Good to the Bone

Participants get: Motivational messages to help them improve bone health as well as an exercise resistance band.

Participants will: Complete behaviors that build and maintain bone strength and prevent osteoporosis. This is accomplished through simple exercise and nutrition behaviors which will help strengthen muscles, increase calcium and vitamin D intake and more.
