Maintain Don't Gain

Participants get: Receive educational and motivational messages, holiday recipes, and holiday snack substitutes as they try to maintain their weight from mid-November to early January.

Participants will: Weigh in and record their weight once each week between mid-November and the first week of January as they learn new tricks each week to eat reasonably and responsibly.
