Participants get: Motivational messages to help increase their activity in a variety of ways.

Participants will: Increase physical activity in four simple steps: 1. Choose a team. 2. Add 30 minutes of activity to their day. 3. Get active with their team members or on their own. 4. Record activity and watch their team standings on the leaderboard in the team room! Users will enter their minutes each week.
