Posture Perfect

Participants get: Weekly educational messages and tips to put into action as they develop a healthy posture for everyday activities!

Participants will: Learn how to avoid injury and support their back and neck by taking inventory of their workspaces for stressors, learning how to properly sit and stand and mastering correct lifting techniques as well as learning some everyday stretches.
