Participants get: Simple strategies that they can apply right away to help move them towards a more "stress free" life.
Participants will: Receive tips and strategies each week on how to lower their stress. These strategies include kind acts of service, laughter, time management and others. The tasks are simple, but can really help to reduce the stressors in their life.
