Participants get: A free book that will help them learn how to eat healthier whenever they walk into a fast food restaurant.
Participants will: Read sections of The Stop and Go Fast Food Nutrition Guide, take the book to lunch and use it to help make healthy food choices, learn how to rate food based on simple guidelines and then turn and share the book with others.
